Decorating Blogs

If you will notice on the right of my blog, I have some added some new links. They are all decorating blogs that I have recently become obsessed with. David doesn't know about these because he never reads this blog. But he is not happy with the results because of my renewed interest in decorating. When I assumed that we would only be in this house a few years, I stopped buying new things for the house.

But since it looks like we may be here for a little longer that originally planned, I have been shopping for bargains! These people who write the blogs are so talented. I have already gotten lots of ideas.

Here is the one I am currently drooling over...definitely NOT a bargain. But dream-worthy nonetheless.

Here is another great idea. Using these decorative wrapping paper sheets as frameable art! Great idea!

I am enjoying piddling around the house. Today I cleaned all of the baseboards, cleaned off David's dresser, washed several loads of clothes, and organized my pantry!! I am having so much fun! On tomorrow's schedule: fill up new bookcase, rearrange the 2nd guest room, hang new pictures in the bonus room and iron!!!

I am learning how to use my new camera, so there is a picture shortage right now. But you can be sure I will be a pro by the time Charlotte arrives!!
