Tomorrow on our first day back to school we are having a cookout. I decided to use what I had on hand and make this salad. I (what I mean by that is really David) grew the tomatoes. I (really me!) grew the basil. And I bought the fresh mozarella this week. Isn't it pretty?
Have I mentioned before how much I have enjoyed my tomatoes this summer? Maybe 1 or 20 times!!!
On the menu for this week:
Stuffed poblano peppers
Barbeque shrimp
Crabcakes
I will try to take pictures if they all materialize!!

Just keep up the good work...you'll be in CHARGE of the kitchen in the tea room!!
I know, I know....just don't greet the guests!!!!! But if the food's not good nobody will come back!
